It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Henry Yancey (Henderson, North Carolina), who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Yancey and Lucy Marie Allen Yancey. He is survived by : his sons, Preston Terry, Alonzo Durham and Jameson Yancey; and his siblings, John Yancey Jr., Randolph Yancey, Paul Yancey, Thomas Yancey, Al Yancey, Judyrine Wiggins and Linda Hargrove.
