She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie Tillman, Sr. and Louise Johnson Tillman; and her husband Charles F. Blackburn, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Charles F. Blackburn, Jr. (Marsha); her granddaughter Katherine; Anne Blackburn Almand, George T. Blackburn, II, Robert Jackson Blackburn, Windy Tillman Pratt (Michael), Jane Tillman and Rollie Tillman III (Melissa). She is also survived by the children of her niece and nephews.
