He was predeceased by : his parents, James Bernice Hayes Sr. and Janice Rose Long Hayes; and his son Joshua Long Hayes. He is survived by : his daughter Olivia Hayes; his siblings, Sharon "Shay" Bennett and James "Jamie" Hayes (Beth); his fiancée Wendy Bunn; his stepdaughter Amber Whitley (Edwin); and his stepgranddaughters, Layla, Autumn and Kinsley Whitley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
