He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Ruth Friar Jenkins and Andrew Jackson Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Belle Sadler Jenkins; his children, Rev. Jack C. Jenkins (Gail) of Unicoi, TN and Ginger Griffin of Hillsborough; and his grandchildren, Joshua Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins, Cory Jenkins, Virginia Jenkins and Melissa Byers. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
