He was predeceased by: his parents, Erlene Strong of Orlando, FL and Herbert Marshall Garret; and his siblings, Herbert, Garrett (Hilda), Rick Garrett (Cheryl), Randy Garrett (Pamela) and Pam Montague (Paul).
He is survived by: his children, Chase Garrett and Linsey; and his children-in-law, Patrick Spencer of Henderson, NC. and Jenna of Indianapolis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
