He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Bullock and Pearl Green Bullock. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Bullock Jr. (Cora) and Regina B. Overby (James); and his brother Burnell Bullock.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis-Royster Funeral Service, Inc. (926 S Garnett St, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ashley Grove Baptist Church (2425 Nutbush Rd, Henderson, NC 27537).
