She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Hedgepeth and Nellie Hedgepeth; and her husband Dwight Steven "Steve" Hughes. She is survived by: her daughters, Katie Pickler (Matt) of Concord and Kelly Lutz (Chris) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Greyson, Hudson Pickler and Luca Lutz; and her siblings, Beverly Kennedy and Gerry Hedgepeth (Kimberly) of Henderson. She is also survived by her nieces, nephew, great-nieces, and great-nephew.
