She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Howard Lee and Emma Huntley Lee; and her siblings, Peggy L. Kinney and James Edward Lee. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Earl Lowry; her children, Debbie Lowry Ruggles (David) of Flagler Beach, FL and Brian Lowry (Melissa Howard) of Durham; her grandson Jacob "Jake" Ruggles; and her sister-in-law Frances Lee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
