He is survived by: his wife Jean Roberson West; his children, Anna West Lee (Mike), Lowell A. West Jr. (Ellen) and Mark A. West (Barbette); his siblings, Judy W. Lee, Carolyn W. Harris and Wade West; and his grandchildren, Olivia Lee, Kristen W. Reddy (Chetan), Lowell A. West III and Morgan Carey.
