It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowry Sr. Jessie Ray (Henderson, North Carolina), who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Marie Abbott Lowry and Charlie P. Lowry, II; and his brother Pete Lowry. He is survived by : his fiancée Teresa Abbott; his children, Tracy Lowry Ayscue of Kittrell and Jessie Ray "J. R." Lowry, Jr. of Kittrell; his grandchildren, Megan Ayscue and Dawson Ayscue; and his sister Diane L. Edwards (William) of Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
