She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt Reid and Nannie Frances Terry Reid. She is survived by: her children, Jerome Reid (Remonda) and Desiree Reid Chukwu (Chidozie); and her sisters, Arnettia Taylor, Almettia Cooper, Lucy Reid, Mary Alice Cooper and Annie B. Terry. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
