She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kee Lifsey and Margaret Thomas Casserley; her son Carl Barnes; and her siblings, Caroline Edwards, Mary Lawson and Billy Lifsey.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ellen Edwards and Thomas Michael Barnes; her grandchildren, Norman Edwards, Elizabeth Edwards and Jonathan Barnes (Dara); and her great grandchildren, Liam Barnes and Reese Barnes.
