She was predeceased by : her parents, Jimmy Elliott and Connie Sue Bentley; her husband David Allen Parham Sr.; and her siblings, John Elliott and Carolyn Proffitt.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra Parham Newton (Robert), Ronnie Parham (Sue) and David Parham Jr. (Karen); and her grandchildren, Cathy Webb (Louis), Tabitha Parham, Robert Newton Jr. (Laurie), Blake Benedict, Dustin Benedict (Ashley), Stephanie Griffith, Christopher Newton, Haley Parham, Zachary Parham and Angelica Lockhart. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
