She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Dickerson Pendergrass and Lewis Eugene Pendergrass; and her siblings, Elizabeth Perkinson, Sherby Guill and Dwight Pendergrass.
She is survived by: her husband Crowell Lee "Butch" Overton, Jr.; her daughter Angel Overton Hodges (Gabe) of Henderson; her grandchildren, Kelsey Marie Maddox, Meagan Maddox Dickerson and Jesse Overton Hodges; her great grandchildren, Lacey Dickerson, Colton Maddox, Aden Dickerson, Levi Dickerson and Kayson Dickerson; and her siblings, Kenneth Pendergrass, Betty Reid (Alan) of Henderson, Linda Pace (Tommy) of Henderson and Patricia Holland (Mike) of Henderson.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Central Baptist Church Building Fund, 2574 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
