He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Adcock Owen and Guy Owen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moody Owen; his daughters, Elizabeth O. Jones (Robert) of Fayetteville and Rayna P. Owen of Rocky Mount; his granddaughter Ashley J. Ingram (Tyler); and his great grandchild Brooks Ingram.
