He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Raines Newton and Farrah Williams (Chris); his grandchildren, Justin, Cody, Abby, Brandon, Tyler, Brittany, Christopher and Kasey; and his brother Steve Raines (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
