He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Mitchell Brogden and Thera Bass Brogden. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Brogden; and his sons, Roy Brogden Jr. (Nita), Boyce Brogden (Melinda) and Lathe Brogden (Vicki). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a large extended family.
