He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Thomas Brewer and Grace Hensley Brewer; and his brothers, Tom Brewer and Gray Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Jerrie Moore Brewer; his sons, Zaye Brewer (Melanie) and Brent Brewer (Susan); his grandchildren, Grace Tolson (Alex), Sarah Brewer (Graham), Gavin Newton (Karrie), Hannah Brewer, Rorie Brewer and Tripp Brewer; his great grandchildren, Reid Newton and Loeffler Tolson; and his siblings, Bea Austin, Jim Brewer and Johnny Brewer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
