She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bullock and Clara Bullock Reid. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Washington, Sherile Bullock and Ashley Bullock; and her siblings, Spencer Bullock and Tracy Payne. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
