She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Pegram and Annie May Parham Pegram; and her siblings, Frances P. Twisdale, James Pegram and Robert Pegram.
She is survived by: her husband Albert "Al" Leon Taylor, Jr.; her sons, Darrell Johnson (Patty) of Hickory, Keith Johnson (Patsy) of Loveland, OH and Greg Johnson (Susan) of Henderson; her grandchildren, Jordan Bost (Nathan), Jay Johnson (Bridget), Taylor Johnson (Darcy), Tanner Johnson (Katie), Barrett Johnson (Kate) and Anna Johnson; her great grandchildren, Caitlin Johnson, Hunter Johnson, River Johnson and Theo Bost; and her sisters, Betsy P. Gupton (Gene) and Louise Gibson of Henderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Henderson Baptist Church, General Fund, 1211 North Garnett Street, Henderson, NC 27536.
