She is survived by: her husband José Luis Zamarripa; her siblings, Juan Mendoza and Juana Mendoza; her children, Sara Zamarripa, Nimsi Zamarripa, Víctor Mendoza, José Luis Zamarripa and Mauricio Zamarripa; her grandchildren, Vanessa Mendoza, Cassandra Zamarripa, Luis Juárez, Rubén Tovar, Silvia Naomi Juárez, Daniela Zamarripa, Bryan Tovar, Damaris Zamarripa, Ariatna Mendoza, Luis Daniel Zamarripa, Ashley Tovar, Nimsi Sofía Zamarripa, Génesis López and Mateo Zamarripa; and her great grandchildren, Aminah Mendoza and Nehmias Parham.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Mendoza Family Home (121 Henry St, Henderson, NC 27536). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 3174 US-158 BUS, Henderson, NC 27536-4529.
