He is survived by: his fiancée Annette Eatmon of Kittrell, NC; his siblings, Ricky Patton of Henderson, NC and Regina "Jeannie" Rogers (Vernon) of Louisburg, NC; and his half-brother Scottie Patton of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
