He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Robert Tinsely and Dana Marie Goddreau-Hickman of Wheaton, MD.; his daughter Katrina Bradshaw; his siblings, Camarie Tinsley (Eddie Manchas) of Philadelphia, PA and Joshua Tinsley (Emily) of Fredrick, MD; his grandmother Sylvia Jean Goodreau of Henderson; and his niece Violet Tinsley.
