Zobel (Richard) of Rolesville; his daughter-in-law Terri Phillips of Franklin, VA; his grandchildren, Kyle Zobel, Kathryn Zobel, Charlotte Zobel, Andrew Zobel, Bailey Phillips and Bristol Phillips; his great grandchildren, Rae Phillips and Dean Phillips; and his siblings, Hazel Mae P. Avery of Groton, NY and Evan Phillips, Jr. of New Syrma Beach, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
