He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Lane Ellis and Ralph Leonard Travis. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Baggett Travis; his stepdaughter Rebecca Baggett Delcid of Henderson; his stepgrandchildren, Jakelyn Delcid Franklin, Nancy Cristina Delcid and Oscar Andrew Delcid; his stepgreat-granddaughter Lillyanna Franklin; and his aunts, Nannie Glassock of Henderson and Doris H. Gentry of Roxboro.
