He is survived by: his children, Mary Cook (Earl), Verita Hunt (Leonard), Sherry Cotton (Eugene), Tonya Chavis Wimbush (George), Willie Satterfield Jr. (Shirley), Breyon Oatts, Appolos Satterfield (Toni), Erica Alston (Corey), Angela Stuckey (Marcus) and Tanya Satterfield; and his niece Annice Durham. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
