He is survived by: his wife Gloria Diane Hall; his children, Kimberly Deloge, Arnold Hall Jr., Christina Heaton and Angela Toms (Richard Toms Jr.); his grandchildren, Drew, Hannah, Hunter, Caleb, Ashley, Marcus, Natasha, Devin, Harley and Owen; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Lillian, Caleb and Nila; and his siblings, Jesse Hall, Eddie Hall, Tommy Ackiss, Kim and Belinda.
