Billy Vance Blythe Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2025, at the age of 86, Billy Vance Blythe of Hendersonville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Billy Vance had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Billy Vance may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Vance Blythe and Ruth Blythe Laughter; his stepfather Harry Laughter; and his brother Michael Laughter (Barbara "Granny" Blythe). He is survived by: his sons, Jim Goss of Greenville and Sam Blythe (Jennifer) of Arden. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
