He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" and Myrtle M. Holbert; and his brothers, Billy Mullis, Michael Holbert and Curtis.
He is survived by: his brother Jeff Holbert (Sarah); his nephews, Jeffrey, Greg, Steve, Brian Holbert and Brian Patterson; his niece Lisa; and his sister-in-law Sheila Holbert.
