She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Stevens and Grace Stevens; her sisters, Helen, Opal, Billie, Sue and Ann; and her aunt Stella.
She is survived by: her children, Steven O'Neil (Marian) of Pisgah Forest, NC and Lesly (Jonas Laws) of Granite Falls, NC; her grandson Cody; and her great-nephew Ethan Ingle of Johnson City, TN.. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers, a memorial gift may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
