He was predeceased by : his sister Marjorie Sunderlin. He is survived by : his wife Jeanette Van Stelle; and his children, Elizabeth Taws of Hendersonville, Jonathan Taws of Stuart Fla, Bruce Taws (Mary Vickie) of Panama City, Fla. and Anne Auffarth (Mark) of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
