He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Ashenfelder and Carol Ashenfelder (Bob); his wife Cheryl Ashenfelder; his children, Dustin Ashenfelder, Lauren Shelton (Chad), Kailie Schwerin (Charlie) and Micah Ashenfelder; his grandchildren, Crew, Braxton, Mailie and Lytton; his siblings, David, Cindy, Dean (Lori) and Christine (Christophor); and his nephew Dean "DJ" Allen Ashenfelder.
