She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey W Emig and Nadine Emig; her siblings, Ruby Huffman, Lois Lane, Dorothy Christopherson, Kenneth Emig and Vernon Emig; her grandson Sean M Thompson; and her son-in-law James Rutherford.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rutherford of Hendersonville, NC., Laurie Hild (Robin) of Union City, TN. and John Thompson (Marie) of Ruskin, FL.; her grandchildren, Maghan Kirkby (Robert), Milan Cameron (Lei), Sara Snarr (Keith Gosch) and James Thompson (MJ); and her sister Mardell Hill. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
