He is survived by: his wife Elsie Geraldine; his children, Tinker Hope Burbage of Tennessee, Sandra McMinn Gunnells of Monks Corner, SC, Billy B. Brackett (Margie) of Mills River and Bryan O'Neal McMinn (Monica) of Hendersonville; and his sister Betty-Jo Higgins of Old Fort. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
