He is survived by: his wife Lyn Maltby; his children, John Maltby, Jr. and Yonah Ray; his grandchildren, Jason Maltby, Brent Maltby, Jerred Maltby, Hannah Quick, Jessica Jones, Jennifer Ricketts and Crystal Morris; his great grandchildren, Elijah Garner, Dylon Stepp, Celeste Sabo, Cody Stepp, Cohen Garner, Kaleb Kimball, Aliyah Ann and Dayton Quick; his great great grandchild Palmer; and his siblings, Jim Maltby, Mary Ann Maltby and Anna Mae Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
