She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Elliott and Bertha Fisher Elliott; her husband Lonnie J. Toney; her daughter Susan Plemmons; and her brother Jim Elliott.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Toney (Rick); her grandson Derek C. Walker (Alison); and her great grandchild Daisy Berry (Dani).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (538 Tracy Grove Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792).
