Lucille Bryson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2025, at the age of 93, Lucille Bryson of Hendersonville, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucille Bryson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Leatherwood and Cora Leatherwood; her husband Giles Bryson; her siblings, Dale Miller and Donald Leatherwood; and her granddaughter Jillian Bryson James.
She is survived by: her daughter Gwen Mathews (Jimmy) of Fletcher; her brothers, Nease Leatherwood of Newport and Elmer Leatherwood of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Janine Jones and Scott Mathews; and her great grandchildren, Jamie Hunt, Taylor Mathews and Bryn Jones. She is also survived by two great-great grandchildren; several nieces; and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Moss Cemetery (2698 Airport Rd, Marble, NC 28905).
