It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marietta Powell Cloud (Hendersonville, North Carolina), born in Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Powell and Edna Powell; and her brother Max Powell of Connersville, IN.. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Cloud; her sons, Steve Cloud (Meg Brown Cloud) of Hattiesburg, MS, Jeff Cloud (Bonny Reece Cloud) of Hendersonville, NC and Craig Cloud (Angie High Cloud) of Gaborone, Botswana; her brothers, Maurice Powell of Milton, IN and Mark Powell of Connersville, IN; and her grandchildren, Cameron Cloud (McKenna) of Jackson, MS, Brandon Cloud of Hattiesburg, MS, Corey Cloud, Christa Cloud Tipton (Jacob) of Pisgah Forest, NC, Wallace Anne Cloud of Washington, DC and John Beck Cloud of Washington, DC.. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
