He is survived by: his former wife Linda Masho Case; his son Spencer Masho Case of Newburyport, MA; his sister Barbara Case Blaine; his brother-in-law Paul Blaine of Hendersonville; his nieces, Alison Blaine, Zoe Voigt and Libby Manly of Durham, NC; his great-nieces, Rosemary Manly, Hazel Claire Manly, Genevieve Rella and Juliana Rella; and his cousins, Cissy, Wayne Thompson of Saluda, NC and Paula Anderson.
