She is survived by: her children, Linda Chase (David) of Hendersonville, NC, Anthony Melillo of North Adams and Michelle O'Toole (Edward) of Grafton, MA; her grandchildren, Heather Sylva, Brad Chase (Alisha), Anthony Melillo, Christa Gariepy (Shaun), Joseph Melillo (Ashlei), Connor O'Toole (Jillian), Makenzie Halloran (Jake), Cameron O'Toole (Shelbe) and Molly Spencer (Darian); and her great grandchildren, Liliana Sylva, Aurelia Sylva, Olivia Chase, Chloe Chase, Miles Gariepy, Reed Gariepy, Addison O'Toole, Maeve O'Toole and Caroline O'Toole.
