He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Todd and Helen Todd; his wife Madelyn H. Todd; and his siblings, Joan Weber and Robert Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Eileen Baker of Hendersonville and Richard Todd Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael, Madelyn and Patricia; and his great grandchildren, Lorelai and Jackson.
