She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Fry and Mabel Fry; and her siblings, Jimmy Keeter, Ricky Keeter, Tammy Fry and Veronica Keeter.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Skinner; her children, Chasity Conner, Tanya Conner Ramos (Julio) and Sinclair Skinner; her grandsons, Armando Nesta Ramos and Lorenzo Zion Ramos; her siblings, David Keeter (Sylvia), Mary Ann Rankin, Patsy Foxx and Regina Benison (David); and her aunts, Linda Hawkins and Shirley Levi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flowers are accepted and appreciated, or memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with her final expenses.
