He is survived by: his son Dylan Perillo of Hendersonville, NC; his stepdaughter Erica Isaacs of Hendersonville, NC; his grandson Milo Perillo of Ohio; his sisters, Dolores Perillo of Radcliff, KY and Traci Hoffman of Deerfield Beach, FL; his nieces, Jessica LeGault of Panama City, FL, Brittany Badamo of Radcliff, KY and Alexandra Hoffman of Deerfield Beach, FL; and his nephew Anthony Gerard of Waterbury, CT. He is also survived by several cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
