He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Pinner and William Pinner Sr.; and his sister Willa Mae Williams. He is survived by: his wife Debra Perkins Pinner; his stepchildren, Emily Harvey of Wilmington, NC and Kyle Rogers of Hendersonville, NC; his grandchildren, Parker Harvey of Wilmington, NC and Noah Rogers of Hendersonville, NC; his siblings, Howard Russell Pinner of Loma Linda, CA and Wilma Jean Smith (Ray) of Greenville, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Perkins Smith (Tom), David Lee Perkins (Lillian), Stephen Michael Perkins (Kelly) and Lawrence Edwin Perkins (Julie).
