She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clarence and Gussie Davis McDonald; and her husband Hubert White Harrell, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Fran Britt (Robert) of Wilson, Robert Alexander of Raleigh, Randy Alexander of Garner and Richard Alexander (Beverly) of Hertford; her stepdaughter Anna; and her stepgrandsons, Hubert Jr. and Joe. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
