Celtic Long Skinner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celtic Long Skinner of Hertford, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Edward and Edna Inez Stokely Long; and her daughter Carla Skinner Chappell. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Carl Skinner, Jr.; her daughter Celtic Renee Skinner Ziemba; her son-in-law Roger Chappell; her brother Milton Long (Jonetta) of Hertford; her grandchildren, Jennifer Matthews White, Matt Matthews and Kaci Chappell; her great grandchildren, Bishop, Lia Smith, Maddox, Roman Matthews and Jalyn Goudy; and her pet Opie Skinner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
