She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Charles Herron and Kathleen Johnson Herron; her husband Leslie "Dave" Davis; her daughter Linda Catlett; her sisters, Christine Harris and Janice McDaniel; and her great great grandchild Kaden.
She is survived by: her former husband Leland Vance Sylvester, Sr.; her children, Lisa Seper (Frank) of Moyock, NC, Diane Yoder (Dave) of Greenwood, SC and Leland V. Sylvester, Jr. of Hertford, NC; her sister Patty Halstead (Larry); her son-in-law Tim Catlett; her grandchildren, Christopher Sylvester (Alicia), Sean Sylvester (Amanda), Jenny Harrison, Jeffrey Harrison (Diana), Miranda Stephens (Blake) and Bryan Seper (Alyssia); and her caregiver Priscilla Williams. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
