He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Twine and Pearl Sawyer Dulaney; his stepmother Mary Twine; his siblings, Fred Dulaney, Jr., George Meyer, Linda Carter, Gail Cooper and Charlotte Pipes; and his daughter Ramona Faloon.
He is survived by: his stepfather Fred Shaftner Dulaney; his wife Esther Russell Dulaney; his children, Terry Pope, Sarah Harrison (Randy) and Curtis Dulaney, Jr. (Chauntelle); his son-in-law Robert Faloon; his sister Pettis Anne Kernolde; and his grandchildren, Jewell, Jennifer, Randy Jr., Timothy, Michael, Brandon, Tiffany, Kelly and Christopher. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
