He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Tamula Mullins (Ronald) of Omaha, NE, Kathy Garrett (Anthony) of Ahoskie, Jaret Lee Dawson (Barbara) of Ahoskie and Joseph Lee Dawson (Holly) of Courtland, VA.; his grandchildren, Kenny, Christina, Alex, Melanie, Jaret Jr., Stacy, Grady, Shelby, Eijah, Thomas (TJ), Sarah and Jade; and his siblings, Robert Dawson (Lucille) of Suffolk, VA and Delois Sensabaugh of Winterhaven, FL.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and a vast network of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
