He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dailey Waters; his children, Crystal Waters Rucker (Matthew) of Luray, VA and Don Wesley Waters of Gulf Shores, AL.; his grandchildren, Allison Bills (Nick Andersen) of Logan, UT, Don Kobe Waters (Ansleigh) of Anchorage, AK and Hannah Waters of Gulf Shores, AL.; his great grandchild Don Koda Waters; and his siblings-in-law, Dean Dailey (Faye) of Millen, GA, Russell Brantley of Waynesboro, GA and Ilene Dailey of Statesboro, GA..
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909). A reception will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
